As an experienced estate planning attorney and now managing partner and sole owner of a successful law firm in Beverly Hills, Dela Peykar Ronen has demonstrated her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, ensure meticulous financial oversight, and advocate effectively for her clients. Dela’s connection to the District is deep and personal. She began her educational journey at Hawthorne Elementary School and graduated from Beverly High in 2007. This past year, Dela played a pivotal role on the board of the Beverly Hills Education Foundation, where she revitalized the organization by rebranding it, spreading its mission, securing donations, and increasing its visibility within the community. Her dedication brought new energy and resources to support the District's educational initiatives.

 

Dela's years at Beverly Hills High profoundly shaped her life. She first met her husband, Michael Ronen, at the High School where they went to prom with one another. They are now devoted parents to three young girls, all of whom are beginning their educational journey in the District. Her eldest daughter will start first grade at El Rodeo this August. This personal investment in the District's future drives Dela’s commitment to fostering an environment where every student can thrive. Her critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills, along with her strong communication abilities, make her a compelling advocate for students, parents, and educators.
